In the first race, was "speed and fade" a good sign for SATTAFIRE on 12May, cutting back to 5f six days later? Won by 4 lengths under mild urging
Now that NAKAGAWA, and the others that she met on 4May have a race under their belts, does her liking for this track and distance put her in the race two winners circle today? Ran second by 3 lengths, ruining daily double and pick 3 tickets which would have cashed if she had gotten it done
Is DANZIG SCORPION the best suited to win, pressing off what looks like a potential speed duel in the third race? Grabbed the lead late to win by a length
Does POWERSTOWN's "horse for a course" bio re-emerge in the fourth race? Was dull throughout - 3rd by 3 lengths
Are two furlong races (today's 6th) a sign that their isn't much stamina on the backside? Your call . . .
