Local trainers Jeff Radosevich and Tim Hamm are chasing the $100,000 Tom Ridge Stakes (6f, 3yo) purse this evening, opening night, at Presque Isle Downs. Radosevich is sending LOMAX, a 24 length winner at Mountaineer in his only lifetime start. Tim Hamm's colt, BLINGS EXPRESS, last ran at Keeneland where he finished second in a turf allowance. Scott Spieth will ride LOMAX. Nationally known James Graham has been named on BLINGS EXPRESS.
TOWN PRIZE is the 3-1 morning line favorite off a stakes victory at Woodbine. SUM OF THE PARTS will ship from Keeneland for Tom Amoss. Julien Leparoux is listed to ride for Amoss
Tonight's co-feature, the $100,000 Inaugral Stakes (6f, 3yo, fillies), and the rest of the card are sprinkled with some well know jocks and trainers.
